What is the authenticity policy ?

Fashionluxe has zero tolerance for counterfeit items. This goes against our policy and the very foundation of our business, which is built on the trust of our community.

How do I read the conditions grades ?

The condition of our items are classified in the following way:

  • N - Brand-new: unused items.
  • S - Like New & Unused: Items that have been stored for a short period after purchase and have never been used.
  • SA- Unused: Items that have never been used but have aged slightly over time due to storage.
  • A - Excellent: Items that have been used a few times but remain in excellent condition with minimal, barely noticeable scratches or dirt.
  • AB - Very Good: Items that have been used multiple times and may have some scratches or stains. However, any dirt or scratches are minimal and do not affect the overall cleanliness of the product.
  • B - Good: Common second-hand items with visible signs of use, including stains, scratches, and wear, but still functional.

Product images, descriptions, and grades are provided to be used together in order to determine the viability of an item. All three elements should be used in combination to decide on requesting an item.

What is the shipping policy ?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Once processed, orders within the U.S. will be delivered in 4-7 business days.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

Once your item is confirmed, it may take 2-3 business days for our team to receive, inspect and process your order for shipment. Total turnaround time may take about 7-10 business days.

What is Fashionluxe's return policy?

Returns are only possible if the item does not match the description or is declared counterfeit by a third-party expert. If it is the case, we offer a 7-day return policy for U.S. orders. You have seven days from receiving your item to request a return. After reassessment of the product by our team, a refund will be issued.
